Everything on this page was made with the Bizstim website blog. The photo at the top, the headings, the pictures beside the words and the questions at the end all came from one editor. There was no code to write and no separate website to log in to. Here is how it works.
Written where you already work
You write posts inside your Bizstim account, the same place you keep your schedule, clients and invoices. A post is a stack of blocks: text, headings, pictures, galleries, videos, pull quotes, callouts, buttons, dividers and a questions block. A new post opens with a starter layout so you never face a blank page. Drag blocks to reorder them, and any block you leave empty won’t show on your website.
Pictures that fit the page

Every post can have a featured image that shows at the top, on the post’s card and in the preview people see when they share the link. A crop tool opens when you add a picture, so you can frame it and turn it the right way up. Inside the post, a picture can run full width, sit inset, or float left or right of your words. Your website makes smaller copies of each photo so pages load fast on a phone.
Let your team help

You don’t have to write every post yourself. Give a staff member one of two blog levels: Write drafts, or Write drafts and publish. Neither level opens the rest of your website settings. Each post ends with a card about the writer, with a photo, a name and a few lines about them. Save a card for each regular writer, and fill one in for a guest.
Check it before it goes live
New posts start as private drafts. Press Preview to see the draft in your website’s real design. When it looks right, press Publish and it goes live right away. Fix a typo later and press Save, and the change shows at once. Unpublish takes a post down and turns it back into a draft, so nothing is lost.
What your readers see

Each post shows its date, writer and category at the top. Under it come the tags, share links for Facebook, LinkedIn, X and email, the previous and next posts, the writer’s card and three related posts. On a computer, a sidebar beside the post can hold search, categories, popular and recent posts, tags and an About box. You choose what shows and which side it sits on. On a phone the sidebar steps aside so the post gets the whole screen.
Your blog gets its own link in your website menu, and you can rename it to News, Tips or whatever fits. A Latest posts section on your home page can show your newest posts, or only the categories or tags you pick. Each post gets its own web address and a summary search engines can show in their results.
Questions people ask about the blog
Do I need to know WordPress or how to code?
No. You write every post inside your Bizstim account, and your website handles the layout, fonts and colours.
Can my staff write posts?
Yes. Choose Write drafts or Write drafts and publish for each staff member. Only someone with publish access can put a post live.
Can I change a post after it's published?
Yes. Edit it and press Save. Press Unpublish to take it down; it goes back to being a draft.
Can I move posts over from my old website?
Yes. Paste your words into text blocks, add your pictures and set the publish date to the day the post first went out.
Will my blog work on phones?
Yes. Pictures resize to fit, the sidebar steps aside, and the category row and search box sit at the top of your blog page.
What should I write about?
Start with the questions clients ask you every week. Each answer can be a short post.
